Returns
You may return items within 14 days from the date of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition that you received them.
Certain items such as custom-printed or personalized envelopes are non-returnable unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days after confirmation.
Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you received free shipping, the actual shipping cost may be deducted from your refund.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect.
